Born Contender (Attaché’s Born Believer x My Yorkshire Rose by CH Yorktown) Born Contender is owned by Brook Bend Farm, but is currently standing with Scott Bennett DVM at Alliance Stud in Simpsonville, KY.  This stallion stands 16.3 hands with an extremely long neck and incredible motion off both ends. His first foals are equally impressive; in 2008 he sired both the Bluegrass Futurity winner and the Texas Futurity Grand winner. Bakchos “Named for the Greek God of Wine” (Wing’s Main Event x Oriental Wine by Oriental Aire) This stallion is intensely Wing Commander bred with 2 of his 4 Grandsires being Wing Commander. He has no Sultan breeding, yet has a beautiful Supreme Sultan like head & ears.  He is extremely gifted and most of his foals posses his short-coupled body style, extreme motion and signature hocks.  He is currently standing at Brook Bend Farm.
